Clean Team Member (Male)

Location: Chelmsford FWC | Role: Cleaning | Type: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: Up to £25,646.40 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours: 15 hours per week

As a Nuffield Clean Team Member at our gym, you will organize your work and plan your time with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning activities do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be essential when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing various areas within our club

• Providing excellent customer care

• Taking pride in your work

• Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, with experience in similar roles preferred

• Using equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners)

• Performing a variety of tasks, including cleaning gym areas, changing rooms, showers, poolside, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
