Clean Team Member (Male)

Location: Chelmsford FWC | Role: Cleaning | Type: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: Up to £25,646.40 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours: 15 hours per week

As a Nuffield Clean Team Member, you will organize your work and plan your time with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not disrupt the customer experience. You will use modern cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be important when interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Cleaner, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing various areas within the club

• Showing care for our customers

• Taking pride in your work

• Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers

• Safely operating equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners

• Performing tasks including gym, changing rooms, shower, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning

• Working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
