Position: Clean Team Member
Location: Rugby FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time
Salary: GBP 25,646.40 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 16 hours per week

As a member of our Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organize your work and plan your time with guidance from a Team Leader, ensuring that cleaning activities do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. A friendly nature and good communication skills will be beneficial when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing various areas within the club
• Providing excellent customer care
• Taking pride in your work
• Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe
• Safely operating equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Performing tasks including gym, changing rooms, shower, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
