Job Title: Clean Team Member

Join our team at Nuffield Health, the UK's leading Healthcare Charity, as a Clean Team Member at our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs. This is a permanent, part-time role based in Northampton, offering a salary of £25,646.40 pro rata for 8 hours per week.

Role Overview

As a Clean Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be supported by a comprehensive training program and will use the latest cleaning equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various areas within the club, including gym, changing rooms, showers, and poolside
• Follow cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe
• Operate cleaning equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Assist with waste removal and periodic deep cleaning tasks
• Interact professionally with colleagues and customers, demonstrating a friendly and communicative approach

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred
• Well-organized with the ability to plan and manage your workload with support from a Team Leader
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
