Clean Team Member

Northampton | Clean | Permanent | Part Time

Salary of £25,646.40 pro rata

8 hours per week

As a Clean Team Member at our gym, you will organize your work with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning tasks do not disrupt the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will help you interact effectively with colleagues and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing various areas within the club

• Providing excellent customer care

• Taking pride in your work

• Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe

• Using equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners

• Performing tasks including gym, changing rooms, shower areas, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
