Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner in Gloucester to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment within a supported accommodation setting.

You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role offers flexible hours, with coverage options across 7 days if needed, and ongoing support and training from the team.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, corridors, offices and entrances.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained consistently throughout the building.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report stock shortages.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.

Cleaner (Part-Time)

Location: Gloucester

Hours: 7:00am - 11:00am, 7 days per week (4 hours per day)

Contract: Part-Time

Salary: Competitive

Flexible Opportunity: We are open to recruiting either:

One Cleaner to cover all 7 days per week, or

Two Cleaners who can share the shifts across the week.

About the Role
