Job summary

New Silksworth Academy is seeking an inspiring and motivational Classroom Teacher for a fixed-term maternity cover from 1 January 2027 to 31 August 2028. The post sits on the main pay scale MS1–UPS.

We welcome new/recently qualified teachers and those with more experience who want to contribute to an innovative academy Trust. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, deliver exciting learning opportunities, and support colleagues, pupils, parents and partners.

We are looking for newly/recently qualified teachers who want to ensure that their talent is nurtured and developed or more experienced teachers who want to inspire and excite their professional colleagues.
