Job summary

New Silksworth Academy invites applications for a Classroom Teacher to cover maternity leave from 1 January 2027 to 31 August 2028. The post is on the MS1–UPS scale and is open to newly qualified teachers as well as experienced practitioners seeking to contribute to an ambitious academy Trust.

You will join a motivated team, deliver engaging lessons, support pupils with diverse needs, and work with colleagues, parents and our partners to raise attainment across the Key Stage.

are looking for newly/recently qualified teachers who want to ensure that their talent is nurtured and developed or more

experienced teachers who want to inspire and excite their professional colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of
