Looking for a local driving job with regular hours and a friendly team?

Class1 Personnel is recruiting Class 2 Refuse Drivers for an ongoing opportunity in Coventry.

This is a great opportunity for newly qualified HGV drivers looking to gain experience, build confidence and get started in their driving career.

Already a Class 1 driver and fancy something more local? This role could be ideal if you're looking for a change, regular work and the chance to work as part of a supportive team.

What's on offer?

• £15.31 per hour (standard rate)

• 4 days per week

• Early starts at 06:00 or 07:00

• 37 hours per week

• Local work based in Coventry, CV3

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.

• Following planned routes to collect waste, including trade waste.

• Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

• Working alongside a team to provide a reliable collection service.

What we're looking for

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

• A positive attitude, reliability and a good work ethic.

• Good communication skills.

• The ability to complete paperwork accurately.

• A recent work reference.

No previous refuse collection experience necessary! A willingness to learn and a team-focused attitude are what matter.
