Workforce Staffing in Lutterworth (LE17) is hiring experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers for a demanding route delivering heavy goods. Typical shifts run 7am-5pm over a 45-hour week, with 2-3 nights away per week and full induction on the first three days.

Ideal candidates have HIAB training, a valid CPC, and at least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in Builders Merchant environments, with a professional, presentable manner.

£39,500 + £6,240 allowances = £45,740 expected annual earnings
45 hours per week | Overtime at 1.5x | 2/3 nights out per week

We're looking for multiple experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver ideally with previous Builders Merchant or similar experience, delivering heavy goods.

The Role

• HGV Class 2 HIAB deliveries
• Typically 7am-5pm
• 45-hour week
• 2-3 nights away per week
• First 3 days include full induction and training
• Transporting large stone slabs and heavy goods
• Customer-facing role requiring a professional and presentable approach

What's on offer?

• £39,500 basic salary
• £25 night-out allowance + £15 food allowance
• Approx. £2,080 additional allowances per year based on 2 nights out per week
• £41,580 expected annual earnings, before overtime and bonus
