Horley Infant School invites applicants for a part-time Year 2 teaching role to cover maternity leave. The post is two days per week (Thursday and Friday) with alternate Wednesday afternoons, starting January 2027, within a warm Year 2 class.

This is a part-time position working 2 days a week (Thursday & Friday) in a Year 2 class with alternate Wednesday afternoons in school as part of the Year Group’s PPA afternoon. You will work alongside another teacher to deliver high quality education, sharing responsibilities for lesson planning, classroom management, and pupil support. The ideal candidate would also be in a position to take on temporary subject co-ordination of either R.E or Music.
