The Class Teacher - ASC role will involve:

1. Delivering a modified curriculum to students in a creative and engaging way
2. To facilitate and support the development of the skills necessary for pupils to access the broadest possible curriculum in the most appropriate educational setting.
3. Working with parents, carers, and all other relevant agencies and/or partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people with additional behaviour, social and emotional needs.
4. There are opportunities for the role to become permanent with the school after a qualifying period

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Class Teacher - ASC you will:

• Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
• Be dedicated and supportive, an excellent communicator and passionate about working with students with ASC and/or special educational needs
• Be willing to work in the Bristol area
