Job summary

Initio Learning Trust is seeking a confident classroom teacher to raise standards and achieve strong results. The role requires enthusiasm, imagination and reflection, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, parents and local school committee members.

You will lead a team of specialist staff and teaching assistants, liaise with external agencies, and champion a child-centred ethos within our Christian values.
