Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Teacher status and current registration.
• Experience of working in a primary school.
• Knowledge of and compliance with school procedures and policies, including child protection and safeguarding protocol.
• Strong and consistent behaviour management that aligns with the school’s Therapeutic Thinking approach.
• Experience of working closely with parents in successful home-school partnerships.
• Ability to use formative and summative assessment effectively.
• Desire to contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.
• Ability to plan and resource engaging lessons for all learners.
