Job summary

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to support secondary pupils with Autism and complex learning needs in a South Birmingham SEND school. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and work closely with teaching assistants and therapists to support pupil development.

You will join a supportive leadership team, benefit from ongoing CPD, and contribute to a nurturing school ethos where every pupil can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching in a SEND setting with Autism and complex learning needs.

Class Teacher - SEND School

Are you an experienced and compassionate Class Teacher with a passion for supporting young people with Autism and additional learning needs? This lovely special school in South Birmingham is seeking a committed Class Teacher to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

This school caters for secondary-aged students with Autism and complex learning needs, offering a supportive environment and personalised curriculum. As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of needs. You will work alongside skilled teaching assistants and benefit from excellent leadership and CPD opportunities. This role requires a teacher who is patient, creative, and passionate about helping every pupil thrive.
