You will need to:

  • Have a commitment to excellence in attainment and progress
  • Apply own knowledge and pedagogy to create an exceptional learning environment that caters for all learners

  • Be willing to work in all year groups including Nursery, Reception, Year 1 or Year 2

It is important that within your application you provide clear and concise evidence of the quality of your teaching and the impact on children’s learning. This might be in relation to lesson observations, relevant attainment data, progress for the full class or group that you teach or in relation to performance management/appraisal.

Short listing: 16/06/2025 and 17/06/2025

Observations and interviews: 23/6/25 and 24/6/25 (successful candidates will be required to attend school for both an observation and interview on the same day)
