Job summary

Charlton-on-Otmoor Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that builds on children's strengths and prior learning, while creating a safe, nurturing environment.

You will inspire curiosity, encourage independence and help children develop confidence and the skills they need as they begin their educational journey. The role requires leading a class team and upholding safeguarding and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’Pay and Conditions Document.
• Meet theexpectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards.
• Ensure the highest possible standards of teaching andlearning for a group of pupils.
• Lead and manage a class team and ensure the safety andwell-being of children and colleagues.
• Be aware of and comply with policies and proceduresrelating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality anddata protection and report all concerns to the Headteacher (or delegated memberof staff)
