Job summary

Gusford Primary School, part of Active Learning Trust, seeks an ambitious Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to guide pupils through the final stage of primary education with challenge and support. You will work within a collaborative trust focused on improving outcomes for children and young people.

The role involves delivering high-quality Upper KS2 lessons, assessing progress and working with parents and carers to support development, all while upholding safeguarding and school values.

• Assess and monitor learning, adapting teaching to meet all pupils’ needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom with high expectations for behaviour and development.

• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and school values in ongoing improvement.
