If you are eager to develop your career as an outstanding teacher and make a lasting impact on the lives of children, within a school where every member of the community is valued, supported and encouraged to flourish - then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are a small, village school that prides itself on the approach to all aspects of school life being founded in our school values of love, fellowship and respect, where we all ‘Work Together in God’s Hands.” We have a passion and love for nature, and outdoor learning is part of the curriculum offer for all children in the school. The learning environments both inside and outside the school are inviting, engaging and nurturing. We show our love of God’s natural world through our creation themed internal decoration and external offerings of Forest School, an outdoor classroom and covered learning areas.

Our school values are the foundations that underpin our holistic approach to support the whole child as an individual in their educational, social and spiritual growth. Together, we endeavour to ensure that every member of our community feels they are an important and values part of our school.

“Teachers feel that leaders manage staff workload well. Leaders support staff well-being. Staff also appreciate the high-quality training that they receive to improve their practice, including training from the trust.” - OFSTED 2023

  • Access to a vast array of employee benefits and recognition systems, via our brand-new partnership with Perkbox.
  • Employment within one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in the Peterborough Diocese, with wider development, training and career opportunities.
