Wiltshire Council in Tidworth is seeking a casual Class Instructor to lead safe, engaging fitness classes and help participants reach their goals. You will teach a range of sessions, adapt to all fitness levels, answer questions, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.

This role has zero fixed hours and is offered on an as-needed basis, with compensation of £18.58 to £19.84 per hour plus a 10% market supplement and an additional PREP rate of 25% or more depending on class type and

Job Description

Salary: £18.58 - £19.84 per hour (inclusive of 10% market supplement)

As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include creating engaging workouts, supporting participants of all fitness levels and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for exercise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level.

As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
