Serco Limited is seeking a Fitness Instructor in Milton Keynes to deliver engaging group fitness sessions and personalised coaching. You will support members with tailored programmes, track progress, and conduct health assessments, while ensuring a clean and safe gym environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming and coaching techniques.
• Passion for helping others achieve health and wellbeing goals.
• Confidence delivering group sessions and engaging with a wide range of members.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

What you'll do as a Fitness Instructor

• Deliver engaging group fitness, small group training, and personalised coaching sessions
• Support members with tailored health and fitness programmes aligned to their goals

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent (essential)
• A strong understanding of fitness programming and coaching techniques
• Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals
• Confidence delivering group sessions and engaging with a wide range of members
• A proactive, personable approach with excellent communication skills

Vetting and checks

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
