Job summary

Wiltshire Council is hiring a Class Instructor to lead safe, enjoyable exercise sessions and support participants in achieving their fitness goals. You will teach a range of classes, answer queries, and help design engaging workouts for all levels.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern with office on-site part of the week. The hourly rate ranges from £18.58 to £19.84, inclusive of a 10% market supplement, plus an additional PREP payment depending on class type and enrolment.

Job description

Salary: £18.58 - £19.84 per hour (inclusive of 10% market supplement)

As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include creating engaging workouts, supporting participants of all fitness levels and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
