Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Class C/C+E ADR Driver to deliver fuels safely and efficiently across the region. You will operate company vehicles, perform daily checks, and ensure all deliveries meet safety and compliance standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires CPC, tachograph card, and appropriate licences. You will work within health and safety policies, wearing PPE and participating in depot safety activities to support a reliable, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Class C or Class C+E licence, depending on the role.
• Driver CPC is essential.
• Digital tachograph card is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fuel industry would be an advantage.
• PDP qualification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and efficiently, following delivery instructions and SOPs.
• Operate company vehicles and depot equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.
• Load and discharge products safely, checking loading sheets against tickets.
• Verify customer details, product grade and tank capacity before delivery.
• Re-check ullage and ensure correct volume dispensed.
• Obtain customer signatures where possible.
• Report accidents, spills, or unsafe delivery conditions immediately.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
• Wear PPE at all times and maintain its condition.
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to depot operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and Certas Energy uniform.
• Provide first-class service with courteous interactions.
• Assist customers and escalate discrepancies to line manager.
• Provide customer feedback and identify additional business opportunities.
• Promote relevant sales campaigns and planned delivery service.
