Wessex Garages Hadfield Road, Cardiff, is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join our dedicated team. You will carry out MOT tests on class 4 vehicles in line with DVSA standards, perform thorough inspections, and complete all documentation promptly to uphold our quality and safety commitments.

You will communicate test results clearly to Service Advisors and vehicle owners, maintain professional standards on site, and contribute to a supportive, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid MOT testing licence (Class 4 DVSA) and an up-to-date training record.
• Proven MOT testing experience with accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and thorough understanding of vehicle testing procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests on class 4 vehicles in line with DVSA standards.
