Job summary

Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting an experienced Class 2 Skip Driver for a permanent position, offering a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with 6:30am starts on 10–12 hour shifts, delivering and collecting skips around Southampton and surrounding areas. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a clear route to a permanent role after 12 weeks. A £250 sign-up bonus is available after completing ten shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 2 licence (Category C).
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card required.
• Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience.
• Own transport to reach the depot.

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 12 months’ Class 2 driving experience
• Previous skip driving experience is beneficial but not essential
• Own transport to reach the depot
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
