Safetykleen in Maidstone is seeking a hands-on Service Team Leader to guide and support a team of service technicians. You will coordinate field service operations, visit client sites, and ensure peak equipment performance while upholding safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Service Team Leader to lead, develop, and support a team of service technicians. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate and schedule field service operations, regularly visit customer sites to ensure our equipment is operating at peak performance, and champion the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous management experience in a service led industry.


• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

• Valid UK driver's license - 7.5 tonne required.
