Job summary

Safetykleen in Southampton is seeking a hands-on Route Waste Technician to visit customers daily, collect and exchange non-hazardous, low-hazardous and hazardous waste streams, and help customers stay compliant. You'll be supported by a friendly local branch team and receive training toward ADR licence progression.

Qualifications

Clean UK driving licence required.
Class 2 licence required.
Enjoy being out on the road and meeting customers.
No waste experience needed; full training provided.

Responsibilities

Attend 9–11 site visits daily removing and exchanging waste streams.
Load and unload drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
Be out on the road meeting customers across diverse industries.
Liaise with Branch Manager and customers to solve requirements.
Use hand-held tablets and CRM to manage route and workload.
