Job summary

Johnsons Workwear Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom to manage daily delivery routes and provide excellent customer service. You will load/unload, maintain records, and ensure smooth interaction between customers and the company.

Qualifications

• A Class 2 driving license and a valid CPC are required.
• Experience in delivery roles is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles and place stock at customer sites.
• Ensure vehicles carry necessary sundry items and paperwork.
• Deliver and collect items according to route documents and schedules.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation and records.
• Build positive relationships with customers and act as liaison between customers and the business.
• Support the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties to assist the transport and service delivery team.
