Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a council team in the south of Cambridgeshire. The role involves operating Swingo and Scarab road sweepers to maintain clean and safe public roads.

The duties will also include using hand tools, such as hoes and brooms, to loosen debris and clearing blockages from the suction box and machinery when required. Initial booking is for 8 weeks with potential extension; ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph cards.
• Proven experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
• A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to undertake manual duties.

Responsibilities

• Operating small Swingo and larger Scarab road sweepers to maintain clean and safe public roads.
