Job summary

The Best Connection Employment Group is seeking a Class 2 refuse driver for the Lancing area on a night shift. The role is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday hours. Shifts start at 18:00 and run for 8–9 hours depending on workload.

You will collect recyclable material from businesses on a set route, including Haywards Heath, Crawley and Steyning, and must hold a valid Class 2 (LGV) licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card, with reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2/C (LGV) licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Dustcart driving experience.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle on a night shift as part of a set route.
• Collect recyclable material from businesses on the route.
• Follow the route through Haywards Heath, Crawley and Steyning.

Job description

Salary: GBP21.25 - GBP22.25 per hour

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Class 2 refuse driver in the Lancing area, to fulfil a night shift.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with the chance for Saturday hours very occasionally. the hours are 1800 until job finish, which will be expected to be after 8/9 hours.

The route will include a set area to include Haywards Heath, Crawley and Steyning.

You will be collecting recyclable material from businesses and commercial properties on a set route.
