Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a stable, long‑term role in Cheltenham. The position offers immediate start, full training, and a supportive team environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence.
• Demonstrate reliable and safety‑minded approach to daily duties.
• Be able to start immediately and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste and recycling vehicles on pre‑planned routes.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Assist with vehicle loading when required.
• Ensure vehicles are refuelled and ready for the next day.
• Follow health and safety policies at all times.
• Work outside in all weather conditions as needed.
• Maintain flexibility in hours and task allocation.
