Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a well-established waste management client near South Cerney. This role offers a stable, long-term path with an immediate start and a temp-to-perm contract.

Salary starts at £16.07 per hour with £24.10 after 37.5 hours. Shifts Monday to Friday, 06:45 starts, providing weekends off. You will work outdoors, on planned routes, with full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 driving licence.
• Experience in waste management or logistics preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste and recycling vehicles on pre-planned routes.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Assist with vehicle loading when required.
• Keep vehicles refuelled and ready for the next shift.
• Follow health and safety policies.
