Job summary

Driver Hire Manchester North & Oldham are currently looking for several Class 2 refuse drivers for our Oldham based client. Start time is 07:00am Monday to Friday with potential to work on Saturdays, with a guarantee of 9.25hrs each day.

Pay rates displayed include holiday pay upfront and you will conduct daily vehicle checks, use an electronic tablet, provide polite and professional service to customers, and navigate routes efficiently while representing the company with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Category C (Class 2) licence for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Proven experience as a Class 2 Driver is required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Use electronic tablet for job duties and records.
• Provide polite, professional service to customers.
• Navigate routes efficiently and represent the company positively.
