Job summary

Driver Hire Lancaster is seeking reliable Class 2 multidrop drivers for work in the Milnthorpe area. This customer-facing role requires safe and timely collection and delivery of palletised goods in the North West, with good local road knowledge advantageous.

You will carry out walk-around and safety checks, ensure correct method for strapping loads, and communicate any defects to the management team. We offer £16.75 per hour PAYE ADV, weekly pay, and 24/7 support from the Driver Hire Lancaster

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C Driving Licence
• Valid CPC
• Valid Tacho
• Over 25 (insurance purposes)
• Good customer service skills
• Previous commercial van experience
• A positive and professional attitude

We are currently recruiting for experienced class 2 multidrop drivers for work in the Milnthorpe area.

This is a customer facing role so a good attitude and friendly manner is key. A successful application will be responsible for the safe and timely collection/delivery of palletised goods in the North West region. Due to the nature of the work, good local knowledge of road networks would be advantageous.

The Role:

• Palletised Class 2 Work
• Carry out walk around & safety checks, ensuring correct method for strapping loads
• Communicate any defects immediately to the management team
