Job summary

ShiftHero in Leeds & Bradford is recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers to cover a wide range of work in the Bradford area. Several shift patterns are available, with ongoing and ad-hoc shifts and pay rates starting at £16.21 per hour for weekdays; higher rates apply for nights, weekends, and additional allowances.

Roles may include multi-drop deliveries or trunk runs, with emphasis on safe loading and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (C) licence entitlement.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho.
• Good understanding of drivers hours rules and regulations.
• No more than 6 points (or major endorsements).
• New passes welcome.

Responsibilities

• Earlier start possible.
• Few nights out could be required with some clients.
• Multi-drop deliveries or trunk runs depending on the route.
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing company.

Shift Patterns Available:

Days - Available

• ongoing and Ad-hoc shifts available,

Pay Rates*:

Week Days:£16.21

Higher pay for:nights, weekend, nights out allowance, ADR, tippers etc.

As a Class 2 HGV Driver you will need:
