Job summary

SWIFT Temps Ltd is recruiting an experienced Class 2 LGV Driver to join the waste and recycling team in Bradford. This ongoing role offers a four‑day week and consistent work, with a pay rate of £15.82 per hour PAYE and holiday pay accrued.

The role requires a valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC, Tachograph card, and the ability to work as part of a team in all weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class 2 (LGV) driving experience.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Previous refuse or recycling driving experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive a refuse collection vehicle on assigned rounds.
• Work as part of a team collecting domestic waste and recyclables.
• Carry out a variety of physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
• Maintain high safety standards and compliance with operational procedures.
