Job summary

Grundon Waste Management is recruiting an LGV Driver to collect commercial waste across Oxfordshire. The role is physically demanding with early starts and a 44.75 hour week. You must hold a valid LGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence, a Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and a digital tachograph card; training is provided for other vehicle types.

Salary: Competitive + driver bonus scheme + fully-funded continued CPC held on a working day

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Working hours: 44.75 hours per week (average) - normally Mon-Fri, 5.30am-3pm, plus alternate Sat mornings, 5.30am-10am

About the LGV Driver role

This is a physically demanding role: collecting commercial waste from businesses in the Oxfordshire area.

What we're looking for in our LGV Driver

• Valid LGV Class 2 (category C) licence plus Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and digital tachograph driver card.
• It would be great if you have experience driving roll on roll offs, skips, front end loaders and waste wheelers, but if not, we provide training on a number of different vehicle types.
