Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Class 2 Driver to join its two-person home delivery team in Sherburn in Elmet, delivering flat-packed products to customer premises.

This full-time, permanent role starts early with 39 hours per week on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 04:00–06:00 shifts. Benefits include holiday entitlement and access to the Hapi App with discounts and schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 current penalty points.
• Be subject to a DBS check.
• No endorsements DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 with a conviction in last 5 years.

At GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a full-time, permanent Class 2 Driver to join our two-person home delivery team in Sherburn in Elmetfor our customer, Wickes. As part of a two-person crew, you’ll be responsible for delivering flat-packed products to customer premises.

You will be contracted to work 39hours per week, starting between 04:00 and 06:00, on a shift - Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Responsible for the accurate, timely movement and delivery of our customers’ products
• Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
• Successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS check
