Searchability (UK) Ltd is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver for a depot-based role in Botley. The position offers permanent, full-time employment with salary £32,240-£40,000 DOE and overtime opportunities.

Full training is provided and you will support customers across commercial and environmental sites. Typical duties include operating specialist HGV vehicles, visiting sites, performing safety checks, completing paperwork, and maintaining high professional standards with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Safe and responsible approach to driving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 specialist vehicles.
• Travel to customer sites for scheduled and reactive work.
• Carry out daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.
• Support the collection, transportation and disposal of materials.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Provide a professional service on customer sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving and operating HGV Class 2 specialist vehicles
• Travelling to customer sites to complete scheduled and reactive work
• Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment safety checks
• Supporting the safe collection, transportation and disposal of materials
• Operating specialist equipment following full training
• Completing driver paperwork and electronic job records accurately
• Following all health, safety and environmental procedures
• Providing a professional service when dealing with customers
• Keeping vehicles and equipment clean, safe and well maintained
• Reporting vehicle defects or operational issues promptly
• Supporting colleagues with additional site-based duties when required
• Working overtime and participating in call-outs where needed

What We Need From You:

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C driving licence
