Compensation

• Basic Pay: £16.23ph, £18.26ph on Saturday & Sunday

Job Details

Pertemps are recruiting several HGV Class 2 Drivers (Cat C) for our client DHL Nisa in Scunthorpe. Responsibilities include delivering ambient or frozen goods to Nisa Local stores or distribution centres, involving unloading with an electric pump truck, with minimal manual handling.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Pass a Class 2 HGV Site Assessment / Induction, which includes:

• A drug and alcohol test (urine sample)
• Multiple choice questionnaire on WTD and general knowledge
• Pre checks / Coupling up
• Driving assessment on the road
• 5-day classroom-based site induction

Shift Details

Start between 04:00 and 06:00, with available days including Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Pay Details

• Monday to Friday: £16.23ph for basic hours
• Overtime after 42 hours: £21.59ph
• Weekends: £18.26ph
• Store delivery bonus: £50 per week
• Early start bonus: £10 if starting before 04:00

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience
• Category Cat C (HGV 2) license
• Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
• No DR10s, No CD10s, No IN10s, and no more than 6 points on license
