Trunking, no multidrop or handball!

Regular Shifts:

Shifts available 24/7 starting around 18:00.

Compensation:

• Basic Pay: £16.54/hr, £17.55/hr on Saturday & Sunday
• Overtime Rate: £20.75/hr after 42 hours worked
• Bonuses: £20 weekly bonus for working four or more shifts
• Paid Holidays: 28 days per year (for full-time work)

Pertemps is hiring multiple drivers for our client DHL Nisa based in Scunthorpe. We are seeking regular full-time HGV Drivers for long-term employment. You'll work for one of the world's biggest brands, delivering goods to regional distribution centres across the country. This role involves back on the bay and waiting to be tipped, with no handball involved.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Pass a Class 1 HGV site assessment / induction (paid upon completion, takes 8 hours), including:
• Drug and alcohol test (on-site urine sample)
• Multiple choice questionnaire on WTD and general knowledge
• Pre checks / Coupling up
• Driving assessment on the road
• 5-day site induction (classroom based)

Requirements:

• Experience: Category C+E (HGV 1) license held for at least 6 months
• Certification: Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
• Clean Record: No DR10, CD10, IN10, and no more than 6 points on your license
• Age: 21 or above

This position is suitable for individuals from backgrounds including C+E Drivers, Class 1 Drivers, HGV Drivers, LGV Driver, Lorry Driver, and Truck Driver. The role is based in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas such as Gainsborough, Immingham, Barton on Humber, and Hull.
