Job summary

Driver Hire Carlisle are currently looking for a Class 2 (HGV) Driver to join a well-established client based in Carlisle. This role involves delivering home furniture across the UK, usually working as part of a two-person team with a driver’s mate.

This is an active role with regular lifting involved, but it’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and getting out on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting furniture.
• A positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home furniture across the UK as part of a two-person team.
• Stay busy and on the road, enjoying driving assignments across the country.

Pay and benefits

Requirements
