Job summary

Wild Recruitment are seeking an experienced HGV Dustcart Driver to support household and commercial waste collections in Hedge End. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7.00am-3.00pm with weekly pay and the option of umbrella or PAYE rates.

Applicants must hold a Category C licence with CPC and Digi Tacho, plus a minimum of 6 months Class 2 HGV experience. Teamwork, reliability and the ability to lift when needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Category C licence, CPC & Digi Tacho are required.
• Minimum 6 months' Class 2 HGV experience.
• Able to lift and support loading when required.
• Team player with good initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 refuse trucks on local routes.
• Work in a 2-3 person crew and assist loaders.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.
