Job summary

Driver Hire Gatwick is seeking reliable Dustcart Class 2 Drivers to join our client’s team based in West Sussex. This is an immediate start with a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Training will be provided and hours are 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will drive a dustcart in a 2–3 person crew, with a focus on loading assistance when needed and teamwork. A valid Cat C licence with CPC and Tacho is required, and own transport to site is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have UK Driving Licence Cat C with Tacho and CPC.
• Previous HGV Class 2 experience preferred.
• Own transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Drive a dustcart for domestic or trade rounds as part of a 2–3 person crew.
• Assist with loading when needed and work as part of a team.

Previous experience as an HGV Class 2 is needed, however full training will be provided for the role. This role as a Dustcart driver is ongoing with a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Specification:

• Monday to Friday, 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
• Work as part of a 2-3 person crew driving a dustcart for domestic or trade rounds
• Full training will be provided, although prior experience is advantageous

What You’ll Need:

• Valid UK Driving Licence Cat C with Tacho and CPC
• Own transportation to and from work
• Ability to work within a team and assist with loading when needed
