Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver for Essex. You will drive a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on planned routes, work independently, perform daily vehicle checks and report defects, and ensure safe, efficient collections.

The role pays £18.00 per hour on weekdays with early and late shifts (3am–12pm and 12pm–9pm). One Saturday per month is paid at a premium rate. Weekly pay and potential long-term opportunities available; immediate starts offered.

Formación

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence with Category C entitlement.
• CPC qualification card and digital tachograph card required.
• Experience driving Class 2 vehicles and knowledge of routes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on planned routes.

HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver

Location: Essex 18.00 per hour Shifts: 3am - 12pm & 12pm - 9pm Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month (Premium Rate) Immediate Starts Available

Role

• Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on planned collection routes
• Working independently without loaders or driver's mates
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently
• Adhering to all driver hours, road transport, and health & safety regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents and businesses

Requirements

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
• Good geographical knowledge and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
