Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver for Sevenoaks. The role involves operating a dustcart on fixed weekday shifts, with a guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift and early start times.

You will work alongside a team to collect waste, perform routine vehicle checks and maintain safety standards on site. Training is provided for those with the right attitude and basic experience.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence held with Cat C entitlement.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card are required.
• Experience on HGV driving is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive an HGV Class 2 dustcart on planned routes.
• Work with loaders to complete waste collections.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.
• Follow company and site safety procedures.

HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver - SEVENOAKS

Location: SEVENOAKS

Pay Rate: £17.00per hour

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a well-established waste management operation in Sevenoaks.This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent Monday to Friday work with guaranteed minimum hours.

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 07.00 - 15:00
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift

The Role

• Driving an HGV Class 2 dustcart on planned collection routes
• Working alongside a team of loaders to complete waste collections
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy
• Completing all work safely while following company and site procedures

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 6 months' HGV driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Dustcart or refuse collection experience is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
• A positive attitude with good communication skills and a strong work ethic
