Job summary

Driver Hire Liverpool is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a Liverpool-based role. The position offers temp-to-perm progression and consistent weekday shifts with weekly pay.

The role involves regional deliveries on curtain-sided Class 2 vehicles and typically around 10-hour shifts. Candidates should hold a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, and Tachograph card, with up to 6 penalty points and at least two years of Class 2 driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Reliable and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• General haulage deliveries across the region.
• Driving Class 2 curtain-sided vehicles.
• Transporting fully palletised loads.
• Very little unloading required.
• Occasional use of a pump truck when necessary.
• Delivering for brands such as FedEx and Morrisons.
• Approx. 10-hour shifts.
