Job summary

Driver Hire Liverpool is seeking a Class 2 tanker driver for a well-established client in Liverpool. The role offers daytime starts and a clear path from temp to permanent.

You will deliver and collect waste oils and fuel oils, perform vehicle checks, and maintain paperwork, with competitive hourly rates £15.50–£17.37 and a £35 night out allowance. After 40 hours, overtime applies.

Early starts (04:00-06:00), Monday to Friday, with 4 nights out; potential annual earnings up to £52k when permanent.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (C) Licence required.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 minor penalty points.
• Reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• ADR is desirable but not essential (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting Waste Oils and Fuel Oils.
• Ensuring goods are delivered/collected safely and on time.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Representing the business professionally at customer sites.

Looking for Class 2 work with a reputable employer? We have an excellent opportunity to join a well-established client based in Liverpool.

£15.50 - £17.37 per hour | Time and a half available after 40 hours

£35 night out allowance

Temp to Perm Opportunity
