Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment seeks a Class 2 Driver for Bridgend, with an outdoor role including loading duties. You will drive a refuse vehicle, collect waste from multiple local areas, and assist loaders while maintaining safety protocols. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, with opportunities for overtime.

You must hold a Class 2 licence, UK DCPC, Digi-tacho, and have at least 6 months of commercial driving experience. A commitment to safety and year-round outdoor work is essential.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence and CPC card required.
• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• UK resident with ability to travel to Bridgend site.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Class 2 refuse vehicle.
• Collect refuse from different local areas daily.
• Assist loaders with manual handling when required.
• Work safely around pedestrians, traffic and other road users.
