Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment is seeking a Class 2 driver for shifts in Leicester. You will drive a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle, collect from various local areas, and work with loaders when needed. A Driving Assessment may be required before starting.

Applicants should have a minimum 12 months of commercial driving experience, a valid UK DCPC and Digi-Tacho cards, and a clean licence with up to 6 points. Local travel to the site is expected; visa or relocation support is not available.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience driving commercially.
• UK DCPC card requirement.
• Class 2 driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle.
• Collect refuse from different local areas daily.
• Work with loaders when required.
• Assist with moving domestic wheelie bins.
• Maintain safe practices around pedestrians and traffic.
